Winter Vacation Rental units are long term rentals available during the off season. Renters are responsible for minor repairs, light bulb replacement etc. Units are equipped for light cooking and housekeeping. Winter Renters are responsible for additional cooking and housekeeping needs during their stay. Linen is included. Winter rentals limit power usuage to $100/month for 1 and 2 bedrooms and $150.00/ month for 3 and 4 bedrooms. Renters will be responsible for additonal usage cost.
