Located close to Ocean Drive this condo's view, decor, and amenites bring people back year after year. The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds while the third bedroom has a queen bed. The living room is also directly oceanfront with access to the balcony.

***North Shore Villas's amenities are accessible by a gate access that is opened by smart bracelets. There is a $25 per bracelet refundable deposit charged at (or prior to check-in). No bracelets will be provided until the office has received your deposit (bracelets will not be supplied after hours - you are responsible with making sure you have informed the office with how many bracelets you want and the providing the deposit before close of business day the day prior to your check-in day if you are checking in after hours). We can currently supply up to 4 bracelets.***

This building does not allow smoking on balconies or on the grounds of the property. Smoking is not allowed in the condo. The building does not allow pets in rental units. Service animals must be registered and approved by/with the HOA prior to arrival.

All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.
