Minimal Contact Check In Process 

If you arrive prior to your designated check-in time please call us with a number we can text or call as your condo becomes available.If you do not hear from us prior to your scheduled check-in time please come to the office at your scheduled check in time. We ask that only one member of your party comes into  the office for check in.


The Safety of Our Renters and Staff

We have always strived to maintain a safe and clean space for our guest, owners and staff. All condos are going through an updated sanitization and cleaning procedure and we are actively keeping surfaces and areas clean to ensure the safety of everyone. We are spending more time on high touch surfaces such as light switches and remotes.  Please be patient with us during this time as our housekeepers are taking extra steps and time to ensure your unit is up to our standards.

Our condo rentals include sheets and towels for daily and weekly rentals. These items are changed after each rental. We use an off-site professional housekeeping and laundry service.

Our Beaches 

Our Beaches are a public and are not owned by the property. The City of North Myrtle Beach does not allow fireworks. They will ticket and fine. 
If you want to rent chairs and/or umbrellas there are many companies in the area that will deliver to your condo. The City of North Myrtle Beach also rents chairs and umbrella. Social Distancing/Face Coverings

The City of North Myrtle Beach no longer has a mask ordinace however some establishments still request face coverings. 

What to bring

Your condo will have a starter roll of toilet paper in each bedroom, sheets on each bed, one towel and wash cloth for each renter/occupancy a dish set for the kitchen and a roll of paper towels.

Re-usable bags for shopping -  On October 1, 2022, a restriction on “single-use” plastic bags will take effect within the City of North Myrtle Beach

We suggest you bring:
Beach towels, hairdryer if needed, extra towels, sun screen, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, beach chairs/umbrellas.
Some units may have salt and pepper, spices etc.
