There are three bathrooms, one hall bath, one king master bedroom bath and one privately in the twin bedroom.   The kitchen is well stocked with plenty to cook with, a keurig and auto drip coffee maker combo, glass top stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwave and more. The living room has seating for the family with a flat screen TV. The unit offers free wifi which is specific to the condo. 

The property is very popular with an oceanfront outdoor swimming pool, pool seating, picnic tables, outdoor charcoal grills, two elevators and bathrooms on the ground floor.
